Years ago I bought some rare Nonesuch koto and other Asian themed records that I later gave away. I came to regret that for a while, but it doesn’t really matter. The essence is still with me. And it seems that some have been reissued, which is sorta cool. http://www.nonesuch.com/artists/explorer-series-east-asia

This is a blend of some traditional Japanese, Tibetan and Western monastic forms, if I may make some very broad strokes.
