Enigma’s Gregorian chants and pop music…

The other day I took my portable radio into the bath – well, not INTO the bath – but you know what I mean. Last summer I got this fabulous little Sony from Amazon for that very purpose. Anyhow, I tuned into the first FM station that came in clearly and, hopping into the bath, heard this for the first time. Seems like a great integration of Gregorian chants and pop music. Never having heard it before, I assumed it was current. Turns out it’s been around since 1990.

Where was I?

I guess I’d just returned from living in India for a couple of years and was still discovering what’s good in the West.
